FRUIT TEA RECIPE

What we need: (for 500ml cup)

  • 1 tea bag
  • 2 Tablespoons of Fruit syrup.
  • 3 Teaspoons of Fructose or any preferred sweetener. (optional)
  • ½ cup of ice
  • (Optional) 2 Tablespoons Toppings of your choice.

Let get into it:

  1. Place tea bag into 250ml of hot water (warm water for green tea) for 3-5 minutes and then remove tea bag.
  2. Add Toppings (optional)
  3. Add ice
  4. Pour Fruit syrup and Fructose or your choice of sweeteners to your desired sweetness. Stir until dissolved.
  5. Now it is time to enjoy. You deserve it!

FLAVOUR MILK TEA RECIPE
(HONEYDEW/ TARO/ THAI RED/ CHOCOLATE)

What we need: (for 500ml cup)

  • 200ml of hot water
  • 3 Tablespoons of Flavour powder.
  • 1.5 Tablespoons of Creamer or 50ml of Milk.
  • 3 Teaspoons of Fructose or any preferred sweetener. (optional)
  • ½ cup of ice
  • (Optional) 2 Tablespoons Toppings of your choice.

Let get into it:

  1. Mix the Flavoured powder in 200 ml of hot water and stir until dissolved.
  2. Stir in the creamer or your choice of milk and then add sugar or preferred sweetener to your desired sweetness. Stir until dissolved.
  3. Add Topping (optional)
  4. Add Ice
  5. Pour in the Flavoured Milk Tea.
  6. Now it is time to enjoy. You deserve it!

CLASSIC MILK TEA RECIPE
(SIGNATURE/ OOLONG/ EARL GREY/ HONEY)

What we need: (for 500ml cup)

  • 250ml of hot water
  • 3 Tablespoons of Creamer or 100ml of your preferred Milk.
  • 5 Teaspoons of Fructose or any preferred sweetener. (optional)
  • ½ cup of ice
  • (Optional) 2 Tablespoons Toppings of your choice.

Let get into it:

  1. Place tea bag into 250ml of hot water for 5-7 minutes and then remove tea bag.
  2. Stir in the creamer or your choice of milk and then add sugar or preferred sweetener to your desired sweetness. Stir until dissolved.
  3. Add Topping (optional)
  4. Add Ice
  5. Pour in the Milk Tea.
  6. Now it is time to enjoy. You deserve it!

MATCHA LATTE

What we need: (for 500ml cup)

  • 300ml of your preferred milk.
  • 2.5 Tablespoons of Matcha Powder.
  • 3 Teaspoons of Fructose or any preferred sweetener. (optional)
  • ½ cup of ice
  • (Optional) 2 Tablespoons Toppings of your choice.

Let get into it:

  1. Mix the Matcha powder with 100ml of hot water until dissolve.
  2. Add sugar or preferred sweetener to your desired sweetness. Stir until dissolved.
  3. Add Topping (optional)
  4. Add Ice
  5. Pour in the Matcha and add milk on top.
  6. Now it is time to enjoy. You deserve it!

INSTANT PEARL

DIRECTION:

  • Tear open instant pearl sachet.
  • Place on a small plate and microwave for 30 seconds (high power). Alternatively, soak the whole (seal) bag in hot boiling water for 5- 7 minutes.
  • Scoop the pearl out from the sachet (caution, they may be hot!)

Enjoy on its own or use on favourite bubble tea drinks (hot or cold), desserts, yogurt or smoothies.

TAPIOCA PEARL

DIRECTIONS:

Rule : 6 parts of water for every 1 part of pearls to be cooked

  1. Bring water to a boil. Once rolling boil, add your dried tapioca pearls to boiling water. Making sure that they are all evenly floating on the surface. Lower the heat. Do not cover the pot. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Stir them regularly and gently. The pearls should be gently moving, but not rolling around.
  3. Remove the pot from heat, cover with a lid. Let it rest for another 10 minutes.
  4. Drain the water and run pearls under cold water. Add the cooked pearls to raw sugar or honey. Mix well and ready to serve.

BROWN SUGAR PEARL

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Follow the instructions on the “Tapioca Pearl” to cook the pearls.
  2. Mix every 100g of cooked pearls with 1.5 tablespoons of brown sugar sauce and 1.5 tablespoons of water. Let them soak for 10 minutes.
  3. Brown Sugar Pearl are now ready to be served with your preference of milk. They also taste nice in milk tea or fruit tea.

PRO TIP: You can drip it around the sides of the cup with a spoon of Brown Sugar Sauce for a Brown sugar milk tea feel just like from the shops!
