Handling Time:
To make sure you get to make your own bubble tea as soon as possible, we strive to process all our orders as quickly as possible.
We ship orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The Cut-Off time for orders will be at 6pm for shipment to be process the next shipping day.
Pickup:
Pick up are available the next business day at one of our stores you specified.
No Pick up over the weekends.
Delivery:
We use Australia Post and Courier Please as our trustworthy mailing partner.
All postage orders are supplied with a tracking number to help you keep track of your delivery.

Return Policy
Please contact our team for any changes or cancellation inquiries.
If your order has not been shipped yet then we can cancel or change it for you.
Otherwise, we are still able to organize a return of the items in order to process a refund for you as long as the following conditions are met:
- The returned item(s) must be sealed and in brand new condition;
- There must be proof of purchase(eg. receipt or order number); and
- Any return postage and initial postage will be covered by the buyer.
Items can be returned to us by post to our return address: Pearl Tea, Kiosk 14, 29-35 Louis St, Airport West, Vic 3042, after providing us with the tracking number.
Please note that any return postage must be covered at the customer’s expense. Once receive the item(s), the refund will be process back to the initial payment method.
